The Kai in the Bay Maori & Wild Food Festival organising committee reserves the right to select Stall Holders from the Stall Holder Registration Forms received.
Stall Holders selected by the Kai in the Bay Maori & Wild Food Festival organising committee for the Kai in the Bay Festival will agree & abide by the terms & conditions contained within the Stall Holder Agreement.
All traditional & Non Traditional food & hangi stall holders will comply with all the relevant City Council Food Safety Requirements & Guidelines. (Contact the Napier City Council for further information).
Final stall selection shall be solely at the discretion of the organising committee. The organising committee also reserves the right to refusal.
There are limited powered sites & will be made avaliable to Stall Holders on a first come first served basis.
Once you application has been approved, an exhibitor pack or information will be sent to you with further festival details.
I/We Would like to be considered as a Stall Holder as the Kai in the Bay Maori & Wild Food Festival to be held at Perfume Point, Hardinge Rd, Ahuriri, Napier on Saturday 13th November 2010.
